Libeltex offers a wide choice of synthetic roll goods in filterclass G2-F9.  These media are typically used for the production of panel filters, pocket filters and other extended surface filters. Libeltex air filter products offer outstanding performances and a continuous high standard of quality.

Spray booths

The Libeltex media for spraybooth filtration have received world wide recognition.  Through a network of carefully selected distributors our products are available in more than 50 countries. NF600/PS is a high quality diffusion filter medium made from 100% branded polyester fiber and progressively structures with reinforced backing. 

The media are impregnated with a specially developed adhesive.  This impregnation is carried out in depth, which means that all fibers inside the filter medium are fully coated.  This treatment ensures that all particles responsible for visible paint damage are trapped and held inside the filter materials.

NF600/PS, like all other Libeltex filter materials, is produced under stringent quality control and are tested regularly both in house (EN779, Booth Vibration Simulator, Particle Migration Tester) as by independent test institutes.

Besides the diffusion media, Libeltex offers a range of prefilters.  These products are all thermobonded, with a progressive structure, offering high dust holding capacity and longer life time.

Domestic applications

Recently Libeltex developed a new range of high quality filter media with high grease retention capacity serving as complimentary product for its traditional range of filtermedia for kitchen hoods. We offer a wide and versatile range of nonwovens for filtration in electro-domestic appliances (e.g. vacuum cleaners).  We also offer the technology to produce composite products which combine the advantages of different products.
